The chairman of Zambala Company Named Namgyal Dhondup
is also a Chinese Tibetan in Taiwan. As first generation Tibetan in
Taiwan, Namgyal appreciated Chinese /Taiwanese culture very much, to
adapt this environment he had choose a meaningful Chinese last name—“Chu”to
be his Chinese family name (the similar pronunciation in Chinese of
Dzi) to memorize his family’s business – Dzi, the original place he
from; and to be grateful about his second home town- Taiwan where he
had established his career.
To welcome every customer Zambala will pour a warm
traditional Tibetan tea at arrive time, and greet every walking in customer
in their own language when you step in the shop; you will find yourself
in Tibet environment all of sudden. You can discover yourself in Tibetan
